Financial Reports:

Profit & Loss
With this report you can check your profitability based on revenue and expenses. The report can be set to a period of time or a category you have set up within the system. The start date defaults to the current year.

Balance Sheet
Your balance sheet is a summary of your assets, liabilities and equity at a point in time.

Trial Balance
This is the balances of all your accounts. Also contains a Nominal Ledger Export.

Period Balances
This report displays the movement in your account balances over a specified date range.

Transaction Line Items
Detailed line-by-line report for each transaction

Products & Services
Sales and Purchases of Products and Services

Contact Reports:

Customer Statements
Here you can print or email statements for your customers. This is a critical function for cashflow, and for managing debtors.

Aged Receivables
Aged analysis of all amounts owed to you by your customers. Debtors that have debtor days further than agreed payment plans can be analysed.

Supplier Statements
Here you can print or email statements for your suppliers

Aged Payables
This is a report of monies owed by you to your suppliers.

Tax Reports:

VAT
Here you can generate and save VAT reports for submission to the tax authority.
