Search For Answers
When your logged into your dashboard you will notice the word “help” on every page in the top right hand corner. If you click this you can enter a question. A number of articles will be displayed relating to your search. If you cannot find the answer you need there is a button called “None of these are helpful – get in touch” If you click this you can send us a support ticket.
Email Support:
If you send an email to support@efolioaccounts.com it will go directly to our support team and a confirmation email will be sent back to you automatically. All support queries are ticketed and responded to directly to your inbox by a dedicated member of the support team who are experts on how the system works.
